Preparation	Using aseptic technique, remove the plastic screw cap. Aseptically retain the cap. Reconstitute the vial contents using the 100 mL of sterile BPW HQ (ISO) or sterile deionized/RO water as indicated in the table in the technical specification sheet. Replace the plastic screw cap and gently shake or invert the contents to dissolve. Add the reconstituted supplement described in the technical product information sheet for the One Broth One Plate for Salmonella workflow. Please note this supplement is to be added to each individual sample rather than in bulk to larger volumes to give flexibility with the broth.
