The Labfit AS3000 systems are built for rugged environments and harsh usage conditions. We choose to build our products using lasting materials such as aluminium and stainless steel so that our products have an extended life compared to our competitors. We also utilize advanced motion control systems to ensure smooth, reliable automation. This results in cheaper running costs to you.
In order to save bench space the controller, syringe pumps and meters are now fully integrated into all systems.

Advanced Measurement Controls

The AS-3000 Instruments has many options for configuring your water pH measurements, wash, QC samples, buffer pH measurements and auto–calibration settings. The system provides you with advanced controls not seen on other instrumentation so you can get a more accurate measurement from the analyzer.
The system provides you with the capability to add either quality control samples or standards (usually buffers) anywhere within the system. You can even configure you measurement controls for each QC or standard and set your upper and lower operating range for both.
